Job Summary: As an Operational Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the management team within the shop providing support on instore projects, activities, and personnel related tasks. You'll also play an active role in recruitment for the shop, helping to facilitate assessment centres and interviews. The work you do will play a big part in ensuring other Partners can be on the shop floor offering the best shopping experience for our customers. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Delivering accurate, timely Partner information which supports shop operations, ensuring personnel activities are completed appropriately and effectively. - Providing administrative support to the shop. - Supporting managers in ensuring a safe working/shopping environment is adhered to. - Facilitate and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the shop including interviews and processing offers of employment. - Handling confidential personnel information in a sensitive and confidential way. - Providing and managing Partner-related data to ensure that legal requirements are met and that the support provided adds value. Essential skills/experience you'll need - Experience with stakeholder management. - Excellent influencing and organisational skills. - Excellent communication skills dealing with third parties and stakeholders on a day to day basis. - Multiple management of projects, demonstrating strong attention to detail. Desirable skills/experience you may have - An understanding of Health and Safety within a retail environment. - Experience in budget management. - Experience of end to end recruitment processes. - Note taking skills for formal meetings such as disciplinaries. LI-SHOPTRADE Pay: £27,500.00 - £36,500.00 Annual Scheduled Weekly hours: 32.5 Worker Type: Temporary Partner (Fixed Term) Job Level: Partnership Level 8 Hours of Work: Part time, 32.5 hours a week Monday - Friday between the hours 09:00-17:00.
