The company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a sales member on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a manufacturing company in the Dudley area.
The role:
Help aide the smooth running of the admin office in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
1. General administrative duties—photocopying, scanning, and filing.
2. Sales administration experience preferable but not essential.
3. Processing sales orders.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Answering and providing a solution to customer queries via phone calls and email.
6. Dealing with inbound purchase orders, ensuring they are processed correctly.
7. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
8. Good attention to detail.
9. Confident use of Microsoft Packages—Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
10. Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or alongside a team.
11. Providing support to other departments when required (sickness/holiday)
12. Highly organised, enthusiastic, team player.
Hours of Work:
Monday, Tuesday, & Friday: 8am to 5pm
£12 p/hour
