They are now looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. The Role To support the management and oversight of all aspects of Reveals contract processes, obligations, and implementation on both customer and supplier sides. Your Responsibilities Reviewing customer and/or supplier contract terms and conditions to balance risk with Reveals commercial objectives. Tracking approval process during contract discussions. Working on the preparation and review of tenders. Drafting and reviewing terms for standard forms such as NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, and so on. Managing or helping to manage subcontractor and vendor relationships. Carrying out contract reviews of existing contracts. Delivering, and maintaining effective commercial methods, processes, and operational procedures to ensure contracts are managed in line with internal and external compliance standards, including ISO, GDPR and other applicable laws. Ensure legal documents are correctly prepared and move smoothly and quickly from drafting/receipt, through collaboration and negotiation, to signature. Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts. Ensuring signed contracts, contract amendments and other contractual and legal documents are stored securely in One Drive. Conducting research on matters as required. Managing adhoc contractual requests from the business. Identifying areas for improvement in processes/systems within the legal department. The Candidate The ability to use initiative and self-organise. Excellent organisational skills to plan and use people and resources to ensure deadlines are met. Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form. Ability to build effective working relationships with external customers and with internal business functions, particularly Sales and Business Development. Exceptional time management skills and strong attention to detail. Essential Able to demonstrate relevant experience of working in a hands-on paralegal, contract management, legal, commercial or procurement role. Familiarity with online research tools. Desirable ILEX Experience of working with overseas customers or suppliers. NALP Paralegal practice award, certificate or diploma. Postgraduate paralegal diploma. An award in legal studies. Legal secretary certificate or diploma Knowledge or experience of working with both private and public sector organisations The Terms £45-50k FTE Working 30 hours across 4/5 days. Hybrid 1 days based at their office in Kingston upon Thames with the remaining hours worked remotely. Must be able to commit to a two-week induction period where you will have to be in the office every day.
