Allianz Pet is now entering the next stage of development and is looking to achieve major growth across its portfolio of brands. Identified for ‘unconstrained growth’, the business is increasing pet insurance distribution across all trading models.
The Performance Marketing Lead will play a key role in deploying our media strategy and online marketing activities. Working across all online acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates) you will drive traffic to our websites and increase quotes and sales.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £40,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
* Drive online quotes and sales through the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across a range of online channels including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates.
* Own the end-to-end campaign management process from planning, developing creative, testing and optimisation to performance reporting.
* Manage incentives and promotions to increase online traffic.
* Work with external agencies to leverage media, creative and data insight to drive sales growth.
* Manage the sign off of marketing assets in line with internal processes and Financial Conduct Authority rules.
* Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver marketing activity and provide campaign oversight.
* Assist in identifying, managing and onboarding new direct partners.
* Closely monitor, analyse and optimise media campaign performance.
* Execute a test and learn roadmap to improve performance further including ad copy, creative and landing page testing.
* Keep abreast of the changing media landscape and explore new ways to achieve business objectives and reach and engage our target audience.
* Experience working across digital marketing channels: PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates.
* Proficient user of web analytics tools (e.g. Google/Adobe Analytics).
* Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Experience working with agencies, partners and suppliers.
