Chisholm Hunter, in Partnership with IWC and Panerai are excited to be opening two new Boutiques in Central Edinbugh.
We are looking for experienced luxury brand managers who are driven to establish the IWC boutique and Panerai boutique as the reference points for our Edinburgh and surrounding business and have customer centricity at the forefront of all interactions.
The Boutique Manager will lead and inspire an exceptional sales-team to succeed through implementing our retail strategy and customer experience.
Responsible for the overall boutique management; sales and profitability, team performance and development, superior customer service, clienteling and building a qualitative customer database.
Boutique Commercial:
Define and prepare yearly business plan; sales targets and budgets.
Achieve yearly sales target turnover by month and KPI targets as defined by the brand
Manage stock levels to meet sales targets; forecast optimum stock and liaise with merchandising to agree requirements; quarterly sales forecast planning; quarterly reporting of competitor brand activity.
Daily and monthly reporting to analyse business, determine trends and future needs.
Oversee all Boutique related administration (cash flow, shipments, repairs, security)
Effective, efficient and timely communication lines with UK team and IWC HQ.
Boutique Team
Set strategic objectives for each team member to collectively reach boutique sales targets
Plan for the overall development and training of each team member; review performance and define the means required to help them reach their potential.
Lead team members by example.
Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and adhere to company directives.
Hold daily briefings to motivate and provide consistent communication with all team members.
Report outcome of implementation on CRM strategy with existing clients and all follow up’s with each prospects. Utilize Sales & Pipe report to capture all client interests.
Ensure that the boutique and team members presentation is immaculate (cleanliness, merchandising, team grooming); visual brand directives to be respected and implemented.
Boutique Client:
Exceed customer expectations and consistently uphold brands customer service standards,
Aim for creating long lasting relationships with customers, collectors to have them part of IWC family.
Provide ‘concierge’ style VIP client services. Develop qualitative client and prospect database, Network, develop external relationships and partnerships with other luxury brands/lifestyle providers. Represent the brand both inside and outside the Boutique – face of the boutique. Build the brands luxury reputation; be pro-active and creative to find alternative sales opportunities.
Boutique Marketing:
Establish, build, and maintain the customer database: Work with the marketing team to develop the full range of CRM activity. Propose a schedule of monthly events and advertising opportunities to ensure maximum brand exposure and new client acquisition.
* At least 5 years of management experience in a luxury environment, ideally retail.
* Very good general education and sense for etiquette.
* Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
* Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mind-set.
* Natural leader with good interpersonal competences and empathy.
* Autonomous with good analytical and organizational skills.
* Excellent communicator, able to develop a network.
