Responsibilities:
6. Matching, checking and coding invoices
7. Preparing customer invoices
8. Reconcile bank statements
9. Making payments via BACS
10. Processing staff expenses
11. Setting up of new supplier/customer accounts and maintaining existing account details
12. Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements
13. Managing petty cash
14. Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
15. Data entry
16. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
17. Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
18. General office duties
19. Finance department administration
Person Specification:
20. Proficient in using Excel
21. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
22. Excellent organizational and time management skills
23. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
24. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
25. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
