We are currently representing a well established consultancy who are seeking an experienced Chartered or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential and industrial developments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying services from pre-contract through to post-contract stages.\n\n * Provide accurate cost estimates, financial reporting, and advice to clients and project teams.\n\n * Lead and mentor junior team members, offering guidance on complex issues and ensuring best practices are followed.\n\n * Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.\n\n * Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time, identifying and mitigating risks as required.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n * Chartered status (MRICS) or significant relevant experience in a senior QS role.\n\n * Proven experience in managing a variety of projects across different sectors.\n\n * Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.\n\n * Excellent understanding of cost management, project lifecycle, and procurement strategies.\n\n * A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong problem-solving mindset.\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\n * Competitive salary up to £65,000, based on experience.\n\n * Flexible working options and a supportive working environment.\n\n * Opportunities for career development and progression within a respected and growing consultancy.\n\nIf you are an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge, please apply today to take the next step in your career with an established consultancy that values professional development and fosters a collaborative work culture
