Senior Manager, People Operations & Strategy – EMEA & APAC
Based central London 2-3 days a week, up to £115,000 annual base.

Join our Global Media/Tech client as Senior Manager, People Operations & Strategy for EMEA & APAC, where you'll drive innovative solutions and lead a talented team across two dynamic regions.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, you'll oversee operations strategy and implementation across EMEA & APAC, delivering consistent, high-quality service. With expertise in Workday & ServiceNow, you'll lead the charge in optimising HR processes, fostering collaboration, & supporting digital transformation in the People function. This role is pivotal in driving improvements, creating efficiencies, & ensuring a people-first approach across the organisation.
What You'll Do
* Lead a multicultural team of 7 HR professionals across EMEA and APAC.
* Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture within the People team.
* Collaborate with global teams to design & implement regional HR strategies.
* Optimise Workday capabilities for regional needs & drive adoption of HR technologies.
* Oversee process improvement & transformation projects to enhance workforce capability.
* Proactively address challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment with creativity & agility.
* Drive data-driven decisions to support operational excellence & employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
* 15+ years of HR & management experience, including leading multicultural teams.
* Expertise in Workday, ServiceNow, & HR technologies.
* Proven ability to balance operational excellence with employee advocacy.
* Strong project management skills & experience driving operational change.
* Familiarity with regional employment laws & practices across EMEA & APAC.
* A data-savvy leader with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
