Vertu Motors BMW Motorrad Sunderland are looking to recruit a Motorcycle Technician to join this expanding business!
We are offering a basic salary between £28,600 - £36,950 plus company benefits.
As a Motorcycle Technician, you'll spend most of your time in our workshop maintaining our New and Used Motorcycles to the high standards set out in our Health and Safety policy. This role involves:
1. Carrying out inspections, repairs, and services.
2. Checking motorcycles against VOSA legislation.
3. Handling and storing parts.
4. Completing necessary Visual Health Checks.
5. Ensuring paperwork is accurate and up to date.
6. Completing all jobs within agreed timeframes while maintaining high productivity.
7. Performing analysis, diagnostics, and road testing of vehicles.
You will deliver an outstanding customer experience.
As a rapidly expanding business, we are constantly looking for experienced and talented motorcycle technicians to help us achieve outstanding Customer Satisfaction. Ideally, you will have Franchise experience; however, this is not essential as manufacturer training will be ongoing for the successful candidate. An MOT License would be welcome but is not essential to be considered for the role.
You will possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2) as a minimum requirement for this role. We also require you to have a full Motorcycle License.
