The Role:
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join our small team of administrators.
Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Manager and working closely with our external sales managers and foreign Schunk subsidiaries, you will be a team player, but able to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good numerical and problem-solving skills, and a methodical approach to work. Excellent skills in MS Office and an in-depth working knowledge of SAP are preferable to be considered for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales administration using SAP (mainly SD and MM Modules)
2. Provide support to Sales Managers
3. Contact with local and international customers
4. Handling and distribution of correspondence on customer matters
5. Deal with sample requests, liaise with customers re tests (duration, results, etc.)
6. Communicate delivery times/conditions in quotations for customers
7. Follow-up/chasing of quotations and pending offers
8. Receive and handle customer forecasts
9. Create, maintain & distribute price lists
10. Conduct trading business with German/foreign production sites
11. Ensure timely delivery of (trading) goods to customers, monitoring delivery performance
12. Controlling and chasing of payments, cooperation with Credit Management
13. Deal with rejects, complaints and returns (in cooperation with Quality)
14. Regular reporting to Sales and General Management
15. Give training and support to others in the team
16. Evolution of own skills and techniques
17. Catering for sales meetings and other internal events
18. Answering the phones
