Senior Salmon are looking for Graduate Engineers in the Gainsborough area! The role is to support and learn from the Engineering team in a variety of functions, including assembly data collection, process improvement initiatives and workstation optimisation. The role will have a mixture of both hands-on and theoretical work, drawing on and developing a wide range of Engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on collation and analysis of technical quality and process data
* Develop root cause analysis methodology and practice for quality and process issues within the warehouse, assembly and shipping environments
* Support projects focused on continued process and quality improvement
* Support the general preparation for new product introduction
* Identify areas for improvement through observation and data analysis
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications And Experience:
* Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Practical manufacturing experience is essential (internship, work placement, etc)
Monday - Friday, Day shift.
Salary - DOE.
