Onboarding clients and understanding their offering as well as requirements for new employees Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, and networking, and understanding their skillset and requirements for a new role Shortlisting candidates for your clients, and managing the whole interview process from start to offer acceptance Handling reservations throughout the process, and ensuring you are consulting both parties on market conditions, process etc. Building and online presence and creating content relevant to your network, making you well known in the market What are the REQUIREMENTS to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
