B2B business is looking for an experienced Head of Brand Marketing to lead their Group marketing function for a rebrand launch and centralised strategy to support divisions. Activating strategy and plan to lead from Group and tailor at divisional level and demonstrate worth of consistent and cohesive plan across the whole business to promote growth, cross-selling and working in adjacent sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Must have experience of activating a centralised rebrand from Group function for a B2B business – ideally infrastructure, construction, energy or utilities.
* Must have strong team management experience – able to upskill and develop a high-performing team.
* Must have proven experience in lead generation marketing and educating business on how marketing can develop business activity, including all the analytics and ROI that go with it.
* Must be able to influence, develop relationships across the business and get buy-in.
* Creative approach – able to find solutions and pull on broader marketing knowledge and experience to get things done.
National network so expect some travel and based in HQ in Stevenage 2 – 3 days a week.
