We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to drive excellence in our quality assurance processes.
Job Summary
As our Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for establishing a robust quality strategy that champions excellence and sustainability.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Lead Quality Strategy: Shape and deploy a comprehensive quality strategy tailored for CTDI Wellingborough, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organisation.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Utilise prevention, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and sustainable solutions to enhance our quality systems.
* Collaborate for Success: Coordinate with local functions to influence and innovate quality design and development, driving world-class performance.
* Voice of the Customer: Represent customer interests within local teams, addressing quality issues promptly and effectively.
* Ensure Certification Compliance: Maintain high standards by ensuring all certification requirements are met.
* Closed-Loop Quality Cycle: Establish a feedback-driven cycle from product development to customer experience, ensuring consistent meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
