They need to be able to work independently, be self driven and highly motivated. The primary role of the post holder will be to progress services for our community services within the Trust, supporting the Chief Pharmacist and Consultant Pharmacists in developing and implementing the Trust Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation strategy in the children and young people (CYP) specialist area. The post holder will be expected to have current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, Clinical Pharmacy and/or Psychiatric Therapeutics (up to diploma level) postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience, and significant post registration experience in a mental health setting.Use of AIApplications for this role should be written by the applicant.
