Technical Quality Engineer - Gas Industry
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Contract: Permanent
Job Purpose:
To carry out quality/auditing processes and procedures, reviewing manufacturing processes, and supporting Quality Management systems.
Technical Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Responding to technical enquiries, reviewing technical drawings, and undertaking sizing projects.
2. Assisting in the presentation of the company's training program to consultants, specifiers, and installers.
3. Maintaining technical content in literature and website.
4. Supporting the ISO 9001 quality management system, including product testing, certification, and systems auditing.
Technical Quality Engineer Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in the gas industry, holding current ACS proof of competence (or equivalent).
2. Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or product testing within engineering manufacturing.
3. Hardworking, conscientious, and must be able to carry out all aspects of the role.
4. Dependable and self-motivated.
