As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. User Assistance: Respond to IT-related queries and basic support requests, helping users with login issues and ticket submissions via ServiceNow.
2. Call Management: Monitor and update the status of IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
3. Hardware Support: Conduct diagnostics, rebuild devices, and ensure compliance with the latest Windows updates.
