Job Title: Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to students Provide academic support and guidance to students in various subjects Create lesson plans and educational materials tailored to individual student needs Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure student success Required Qualifications: Hold a relevant degree in Education or related field Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of subject matter being taught Ability to motivate and inspire students Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field Experience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work may involve evenings and weekends Engagement with students in various educational settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
