Responsibilities:
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will:
1. Experience with Active Directory
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (7-11)
3. Office 365 Admin
4. Installing & configuring new computers
Requirements:
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will need:
1. At least 1 year within IT Support
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Desire to learn & develop
