Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Salary: £23-25,000 Location: Kingston-upon-Thames Our fantastic client based in lovely offices in Kingston are looking for a local candidate as a customer support coordinator, The candidate will require a STEM-related Degree with a Minimum 2i classification. The successful candidate will need experience in customer service within an office environment, Great knowledge of Microsoft office and experience of project planning. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, structured with great attention to detail be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will need to be outgoing, confident, highly collaborative and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset. The role will involve: Provide customers with first line communications, and support for all enquiries. Process all purchase orders Escalate any issues or complaints to Operations Team Leader. Investigate issues and impacts of aged debts associated with payment delays, large value orders and invoice queries. Provide support for ad-hoc tasks & projects as required.
