Customer Team Leader
Location: Haworth Fire Station, Station Road, Haworth, Keighley, BD22 8NF
Pay: £13.32 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview. This role will include work on our Post Office Counters

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, supporting tasks on the post office counter and managing the store while handling challenging situations.
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture.
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance customer experience.
* Support your store manager by deputising and delivering HR processes.
* Lead the introduction of new products and services, encouraging feedback.
* Build relationships and support your Store Manager with the local Co-op community plan.
