Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters, ensuring the timely and accurate progression of transactions. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and local estate agents. Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices. Uphold the firm’s high professional and ethical standards at all times. Provide clients with expert advice and guidance throughout the conveyancing process. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to conveyancing. Actively contribute to the firm's success through client-focused, results-driven work. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in handling a wide range of conveyancing matters. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with clients and third parties. Exceptional attention to detail and decision-making ability. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. A professional, client-focused approach and strong commitment to delivering quality service. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems; experience with case management software is an advantage.
