Location: Alcester
We are looking for electrical labour only subcontractors for a retirement village project located in Alcester. The village contains 48 plots of 2 Bedroom Cottages and is now at the 2nd fix stage.
Description: Full Drawings and Scope can be provided on request.
1. All Electrical installations
2. 2nd Fixing
3. Communal outdoor areas
Required Skills:
1. Valid JIB Gold card
2. Knowledge of Domestic installs
3. 2 x professional references
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £24.00 per hour
