Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Llanelli, Carmarthenshire
Type: Small Animal
Practice: Group Practice
* They are a hardworking but fun team of 3 vets (with 30+, 14, and 8 years of experience and a new graduate joining them shortly), 4 experienced nurses, 1 Student nurse, and 5 Receptionists.
* They put emphasis on working as a team and truly supporting each other. They have a practice ethos of the animals always coming first, so they don’t push you for any financial targets. All non-routine appointments are 20 minutes and routine appointments are 15 minutes. They have 1-hour lunch breaks that are fully paid as they know emergencies occasionally happen (although this is rare!). Everyone is paid for 30 minutes after the surgery officially closes, so they leave on time or early!
* The surgery is built to industry-leading standards and has state-of-the-art equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house lab.
