We are currently recruiting for 2 Process and Services Maintenance Engineers based at our manufacturing facility in Market Drayton. As a Process and Services Maintenance Engineer, you will undertake preventive and pre planned maintenance works to mechanical and electrical services, in order to maintain the safe supply of services to the site including: compressed air, refrigeration, HVAC, steam and fire protection systems. You will maintain site equipment in the Services and Process areas and carry out scheduled GMP activities to ensure a safe and hygienic supply of product. General process and services work - both reactive and planned (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing etc). Major and minor fabric repair works and attending to breakdowns when required. Escort and confirm sub-contractors maintenance, repair and project works. Operate permit system to ensure safe working practices. Complete daily critical plant checks (safety and operational). Identify and carry out CI activities to reduce costs associated with Process and Services operations and service. Implement energy saving initiatives and ensure that operational constraints are being adhered to Monitor contractor activities to ensure they are working within agreed and times and costs and managed within site safety procedures. Carry out all PM/RM activities with correct level of Safety Risk Assessments and Method Statements Report status of site safety systems to Process and Services Leader and follow procedures for raising of impairment notices. Carry out all process and services activities associated with GMP and Quality-Related activities e.g. Building works associated with Pest Control, maintaining laboratories etc. Skills & Experience Required: Good working knowledge and experience of delivering maintenance to Process and Service systems and equipment in a GMP/food manufacturing facility. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation. Knowledge and experience of compliance systems e.g. PSSR, LOLER.
