A vacancy has become available for the role of Stock System Analyst. You will be required to use your knowledge of the Tevalis Stock Module to resolve and assist in the resolution of queries, detailing the cause of any issue and the resolution process required. This would consist of being able to confidently communicate with a client either over the phone, email, online/on-site meetings or through updating tickets within Halo. Roles and Responsibilities Being able to reconcile reporting to find discrepancies within data whilst using the Tevalis Stock Module, the Tevalis e-POS and Microsoft SQL to assist. This will consist of discrepancies in revenue, physical stock, movements of stock and cost of sale Reviewing client data, to identify configuration errors. To work other Tevalis teams to ensure each aspect of Stock implementation and Stock support is provided. Liaising with the Support Team when issues within Stock are within their cover, liaising with Projects to ensure initial setup and configuration is based around the client’s needs. Providing confident and assertive online meetings with a client. Managing client Stock data configuration. Being able to provide root cause analysis into issues provided by a client not only individually but also within a team. Taking client telephone calls regarding issues related to Stock data. Assisting clients with stock takes, ordering queries, stock transfers and stock wastage. Expected Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Customer Service skills. Good arithmetic. Ability to work with others. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Exceptional written and communication skills. Thorough and attentive (attention to detail). Desired Skills Experience in a stocktaking role. Knowledge of MS SQL and suitable data analytic processes. Experience in reconciling 2 data sets to identify variances. Previous data analysis experience. Pay & Hours of Work In addition to the usual Tevalis benefits, this role attracts a starting salary of £26,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week, which will be reviewed after a successful probation period. Location & hours of work This is an office-based role located in Hessle, working Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 hours.
