About the Role:
Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful campaigns and driving brand excellence? Join our dynamic marketing team as a Brand and Campaigns Manager, where you’ll lead on strategic marketing initiatives for the prestigious School of Medicine and Dentistry and our broader 'Health' core brand. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver effective marketing strategies that elevate our profile, enhance student recruitment, and engage key stakeholders.
You’ll manage a talented team of Marketing Officers and Coordinators, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment across health-related schools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll lead on crafting innovative campaigns that resonate with prospective students and external stakeholders and support organisational goals.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include leading the strategic marketing efforts for the School of Medicine and Dentistry, including the development and delivery of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans. You will be expected to oversee and manage the ‘Health’ core brand team to deliver high-quality, aligned marketing campaigns across health-related schools. You will also act as the primary liaison between the School of Medicine and Dentistry and central marketing services, providing specialist advice and support to optimise marketing campaigns.
About You:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic individual with a strong background in marketing with a track record of delivering successful campaigns, ideally in a complex organisation. You will have experience managing teams, motivating colleagues, and setting high standards to achieve collective success. Together with ability to devise, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies that align with organisational objectives you will also have expert skills in creating content plans for various digital platforms and formats. Applicants will be educated to degree level or have the equivalent qualification/experiential learning alongside a professional marketing qualification, or willingness to work towards this.
