Pertemps are supporting a leading Logistics company provider to find an HR Advisor in the Glasgow area for a 12-month contract. This role is exclusive to Pertemps and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. This includes hybrid working, car parking space and above average pension contributions.
You day to day would involve:-
1. Management of ER cases
2. Initial point of contact for line managements
3. Upskilling on policies and procedures
4. Management of occupational health process
5. Work closely with training providers
6. Lead on exit interviews
7. Work closely with HR BP on talent and succession planning
8. Other duties as directed
