Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Our Asset Management team manages, maintains and invests in our property assets to make sure that our properties provide good quality homes for our residents and future customers.
About the Role
You will be part of our in-house team of experienced operatives across all trades. The role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance works in our properties and offices throughout East Central Scotland, Perth and the surrounding areas. This is a multiskilled role, so you will also assist with basic plumbing work or similar. You will participate in the out of hours emergency on call rota and evening and weekend work may be required to meet the needs of the service.
About You
You should be a time served qualified joiner and be able and willing to carry out some limited multi-trade works. Previous experience of working in a maintenance environment is desirable but not essential. You must have a flexible approach to work, have strong customer service skills and be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
A van will be provided therefore a Full UK driving licence is essential
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check
