We're on the hunt for an exceptional UX/Digital Designer to join our team.

Whether it’s a simple brochure website, web application, or e-commerce solution, desktop applications and mobile apps, branding, marketing, or logos, we make anything and everything. We always want to take on new and interesting projects, using the latest tech where available.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative designs aligned with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
* Validate design decisions, and understand user needs.
* Create user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that reflect a deep understanding of usability and accessibility.
* Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and functional
* Ensure final interfaces are polished, consistent, and meet the intended design experience goals.
Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Digital Design roles, with a very strong portfolio showcasing digital projects.
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, colour, and layout that aligns with digital trends and best practices.
* Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (not essential for coding but helpful for design feasibility and collaboration with developers).
* Communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Problem-solving mindset and a detail-oriented approach to addressing design challenges.

Pennies & The Good Stuff
* 27 days annual leave, plus UK public holidays, AND your birthday!
* 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour lunch, early finish Friday (with some flexibility)
