Job summary The Primary Care Network Manager role is a fast pace, exciting and dynamic role existing to support the development of the PCN and lead the delivery of the Primary Care Networks' agenda. The Manager will work within the PCN Leadership team alongside the Clinical Directors and the PCN board members and will be a key link in supporting the relationships between the PCN and the member practices. The Manager will also be required to work with other PCN Managers within the footprint of Derbyshire Integrated Care Board, to support a cohesive and collaborative approach to the Primary Care agenda. Location: Ragsdale House, Woodville, Swadlincote. Salary: NHS Band 8a, pro rata for part time hours. Hours/days: 30 to 37.5 hours per week over 4 to 5 days (which must include Fridays). About us Swadlincote Primary Care Network (PCN) was formed in May 2019. The member practices are Gresleydale Healthcare Centre, Heartwood Medical Practice, Newhall Surgery, Swadlincote Surgery and Woodville Surgery.
