About the Role
As a Systems Engineer, you will be involved in the entire systems engineering lifecycle – from concept through to delivery and support. Working on a wide range of projects, you will use your expertise to ensure that systems meet customer requirements, are reliable, and are integrated seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Systems Design: Define, design, and integrate complex systems, ensuring they meet all technical, performance, and safety requirements.
* Requirements Management: Work with customers to capture, manage, and define system requirements throughout the lifecycle.
* System Integration: Integrate various components and technologies to create a cohesive and efficient system, managing interdependencies.
* Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing and validation of systems, ensuring they function as intended and meet specifications.
* Lifecycle Support: Support systems throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, operation, and upgrades.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware designers, and project managers to ensure system success.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants at all stages of their Systems Engineering career, from recent graduates to experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience with systems design, integration, and testing (or an eagerness to develop these skills).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to approach challenges in a systematic way.
* Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Ability to collaborate with teams across different engineering disciplines.
* Experience in the defence, aerospace, automotive, or other high-tech industries is beneficial, but not essential.
