Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a growing organisation in the Crawley area in the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to provide essential support to their overseas sales teams and the UK-based Operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring high levels of organisational efficiency. The successful candidate will handle a variety of duties, from processing invoices to maintaining contracts and compliance. Day-to-day duties of the role: Provide support to both the overseas sales teams and the UK-based Operations team. Resolve queries from colleagues and subcontractors Ensure compliance when processing invoices. Document timesheets and expenses. Raise sales invoices to clients. Interact with managers and directors to carry out their ad-hoc requests. Deliver high levels of customer service to clients and contractors. Maintain in-house database systems and enter data into Sage accounts. Maintain team spreadsheets and draft/format relevant documents. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently without supervision. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong prioritisation skills. Effective communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel - basic to intermediary level). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong multi-tasking abilities. Some previous experience in accounts/admin is preferred.
