The Role: 12 month FTC
As a Digital Analyst within Customer, you will learn to use our industry leading tools and data visualisation to understand customer behaviour on our digital channels then feed that insight into teams across the business. Your role will be a mix of project-based work, day-to-day insight and analysis as well as supporting stakeholder's self-serve. This is a 12-month maternity cover position.

What you'll be doing:
* Support with providing insight into customer behaviour on our digital channels and presenting this in a variety of different ways, from a quick conversation to a deep dive insight pack or a self-serve dashboard, providing commentary and making recommendations.
* Look for new ways to develop your reporting & processes through automation & optimisation.
* Support and collaborate with the digital, ecomm and broader analytics teams to deliver the backlog.
* Drive your own development, while you'll have ample support and training where required, with the constantly evolving landscape in data and analytics, it'll be important to identify your development needs and the best way to grow them.
* Work on the analysis for your stakeholder's strategy and goals ensuring clear requirements are documented and recommendations are provided.
Who you are:
* An agile and innovative thinker, able to think creatively about problem solving.
* Good communicator, credible, articulate, compelling and engaging. Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and make recommendations.
* Self-starter with initiative and good self-management skills, able to prioritise your own work in a fast-paced environment.
* Someone who is excited by digital, retail and fashion. Curious about data and the adoption of new technologies & tools.
* Passionate about self-development, adaptable and has a growth mindset.
* Proactive and positive mindset that embraces change in a fast-moving environment. A clear desire to create value from data and adaptable to changing circumstance.
* Familiarity with Adobe/Google Analytics is desirable but not essential, most important is an aptitude to adapt to new technologies quickly.
* Interested in data visualisation techniques and tooling (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI or MicroStrategy).
