Insurance Industry Sectors: IBA, Accounts, Broking, Brokerage
A key client of ours is looking to recruit an IBA Account Handler.
You will be required to have 5 years experience within an IBA role and be willing for a new challenge with a respected Lloyds Broker.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong numerical and literacy skills. Good communication and organisational skills are also essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Cash Matching & Allocation
* Preparing statements for Underwriters, Clients & Third party accounts
* Chasing outstanding premiums and requesting full breakdown
* Preparing payment runs for clients and Underwriters
* Running fortnightly credit control reports
* General administration and office duties – e.g., scanning, filing, telephone
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or similar software applications.
* Knowledge of Brokasure
* Ability to manage time, prioritise, and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers, and other associates.
