Project Manager Installation- Fire Suppression (Based in Southeast England)

Responsibilities
Lead and support installation teams of engineers and subcontractors, reporting to the Regional Installation Manager. Drive initiatives, ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Manage financial aspects of your work bank and support cost optimization.
Key Tasks
* Coordinate with installation management to improve objectives.
* Monitor and report on defects and scope deviations.
* Manage designated engineers and subcontractors on-site.
* Implement work procedures and ensure best practices.
* Plan manpower and equipment, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
* Oversee documentation, timesheets, and certifications.
* Conduct safety and quality audits.
* Perform performance assessments and develop training plans.
* Maximize team productivity and manage budgets.
* Liaise with Credit Control to minimize disputes and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in installation teams and supervising engineers.
* Full UK driving license.
* Experience with Mechanical Fire Suppression systems.
* Minimum 3 years in the Fire/Sprinkler Industry preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of standards like LPCB BS12845 and NFPA is a plus.
