The Opportunity
A leading Lloyd’s Market insurer is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a range of business change initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile transformation projects in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide governance, reporting, and assurance across multiple change initiatives
* Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and programme documentation
* Track budgets, resources, and project performance against KPIs
* Support senior stakeholders with key decision-making insights
* Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and best practices
* Assist with steering committee packs and senior-level reporting
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven PMO Analyst experience within the Lloyd’s or Commercial Insurance Sector
* Strong understanding of business change and transformation programmes
* Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or other PMO tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment
