An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading specialty food brand builder that champions premium products and sustainability, and partners with some of the most innovative food and drink brands in the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing national accounts across grocery, symbol groups, and online platforms.
* Building strong relationships to drive revenue growth and secure new opportunities.
* Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with business goals.
* Negotiating commercial agreements to deliver profitable results.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and brand positioning.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
* Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting on key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager within grocery, online retail and/or food manufacturing
* A real passion for food and sustainability
* Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering sales growth
* Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* A proactive and results-oriented approach to account management
* Experience in the food/drink sector is essential
