We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and career-focused individual to join the award-winning Sanrizz team. We have a full-time career opportunity for a Senior Stylist based in our busy St Albans Salon.
With a heritage of over 40 years, Sanrizz is one of the most respected and accomplished brands in British hairdressing, leading the way in style and image for both ladies and men’s hair fashion.
We require:
* A highly motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Candidates must be confident in all aspects of cutting and colouring.
* Must have relevant salon experience working as a qualified hairdresser (minimum 5 years).
* Must be prepared to learn the Sanrizz methods and systems.
* A high standard of personal presentation.
* Highest level of communication skills.
* A passion for hairdressing and all things creative.
* A love of learning, evolving and sharing skills.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize hair styling expertise to provide high-quality services to clients.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences.
* Offer excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Manage store operations efficiently, including inventory and scheduling.
* Perform barbering services with precision and attention to detail.
* Mentor junior stylists to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
* Upsell additional services and products to clients when appropriate.
* Collaborate with the front desk team to coordinate appointments seamlessly.
