About The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will support the Manifesto Digital Finance team, and wider organisation. The main activities of the role are focused on processing of financial transactions of the business. We are looking for someone that can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a willingness to take on responsibility for key tasks. Responsibilities Accounts receivable - raising sales invoices, liaising with project managers and reviewing client queries. Credit control - including chasing aged debt, sending regular client statements. Accounts payable - managing the purchase ledger including coding and processing invoices, checking VAT. Creation of supplier payments. Setting up new clients/suppliers on the accounting system (NetSuite). Dealing with staff expenses and corporate card transactions. Reconciliation of bank accounts, corporate cards and other items. Short term cash flow forecasting. To provide support in preparing the financial reports in the accounting systems. Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties as required. About You Essential Experience Experience within accounts is essential. Excellent attention to detail, tenacity and time keeping skills. AAT level 2/3 or qualified by experience. Study support available for the right candidate after the probation period. IT literate and comfortable using a variety of systems (Google sheets or Excel). Self starter and willingness to learn/work on a variety of activities as required. Ability to work in a hybrid working environment. Desirable Experience Working VAT knowledge. Experience in a commercial environment. Experience of remote/hybrid working.
