Duties:
Sorting training, booking engineers on training, updating systems, sending work forms electronically, dealing with quotations, need word/excel experience, ability to multi-task and organised
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Arrangements
Hotel and Flight Bookings: Arrange accommodations and flights for staff, ensuring all travel needs are met efficiently, maintaining budgets and quality.
Training Management
Manage Training Matrix/Records: Keep track of training schedules, records, and ensure all staff are up-to-date with their training. Maintain Connecteam information up to date.
Compliance and Documentation
PQQ, RAMS, and Safe Contractor: Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and Safe Contractor documentation.
