Our expanding EMEA team is looking for a sales driven Associate Manager to drive the growth of our permanent recruitment business. We established our UK business in 2017 and support an impressive list of clients, from scale-ups through to global leaders in Tech, FS and Pharma. We're established in 3 European locations, London, Dublin and Rotterdam, and we are about to go live in Spain and Germany. So there is a clear opportunity to support clients across the region.
This is a sales driven role which will see you leverage your own network and our business relationships to drive the growth of our perm business across EMEA.
This is a sales driven player/coach role; you will be leading a team of recruiters to get hands on with recruiting, as well as developing best practice recruitment delivery and operations. The Associate Manager play an integral role in furthering the European expansion of Russell Tobin and Pride Global through effective business development.
The Opportunity
* To lead the Permanent recruiting operations for Russell Tobin within the UK market, with the opportunity to support our growth across Europe - This could suit an experienced manager or strong senior recruiter looking to take on their first leadership role
* Develop existing client relationships and generate new business development opportunities to effectively expand the permanent business
* Maintain and curate talent pipelines within the team’s focus areas, through networking, business meetings and events
* Build innovative sourcing strategies, including diversity sourcing techniques
* Ensure each candidate has a high touch and positive experience
* Connecting with clients to problem solve, offer feedback and create solutions for their recruiting needs
* Continue to evolve and create recruiting best practices
* Leading team and individual training and development for new and existing recruiters
Your Qualifications
* 6+ years’ experience within agency recruitment
* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets is essential, with experience in client-facing recruitment roles.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication with experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
* Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally across a national practice
* Drive to meet hiring goals and elevate team members to achieve their own
