Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Purchase Ledger Clerk based in Ellesmere Port with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will manage and maintain the purchase ledger, process invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and ensure payment runs are completed efficiently. They will liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies, support month-end closing activities, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of purchase ledger management, invoice processing, and supplier reconciliation
* Experience with Sage 200 and proficiency in MS Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience within a manufacturing environment is an advantage
