With a recent move to our new office within The Wright Business Centre, Tec-Source are looking to expand our team to meet our increasing client and candidate demand. Responsibilities: Become a superuser on CRM System – Bullhorn – to input and update clients, candidates and placements. You will be speaking with clients and candidates daily, logging this information on Bullhorn Inputting and exporting data and creating tables/ reports on Microsoft Excel Advertising job roles using “Portal” Uploading timesheets on “Timesheet Portal” Formatting documents on Microsoft Word Communicating internally and externally using Microsoft Outlook Attending client sites for meetings Required skills: Passion for working with people Enjoys engaging and building relationships Excellent computer skills – these will be enhanced during your apprenticeship training Reliable Target / goal orientated Highly motivated, driven, and eager to make a significant impact Essential: Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle is required. [or you are actively working towards passing test] - as the role involves travelling. Working week: 40hrs a week, from Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Salary: £20,000 per annum.
