Due to continued growth, First Travel Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a client focussed Operational Account Manager to join one of our primary workforce transport contracts. This is a full-time permanent role and will be based in our Head Office at Clayton Le Moors.
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing operational and account management support and ensuring that service levels are maintained through effective planning and communication.
The Day to Day
1. Drive performance by building solid relationships with the client, our suppliers, and our local business units, and look to identify and implement continuous improvement mechanisms via the collection and analysis of service-related data.
2. Ensure that punctual, safe, and reliable service is maintained to achieve KPI targets, and implement efficient and dynamic solutions to ensure that the best value for money service is provided to our clients.
3. Provide a structured account management approach, including regular client meetings with clear accountability for actions and presentation of service performance data.
4. Liaise with our local business units and create a cohesive working environment to ensure that a consistent approach to working is achieved.
5. Perform periodic site visits to the client's and supplier premises (nationwide).

Salary - £35,000
