Role Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with menu standards.
Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Train and manage kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
Develop creative recipes and menu items reflecting current culinary trends.
Manage inventory and collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences.
A valid driving licence is essential.
