An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager from a trade background to oversee strategic and reactive maintenance across a prestigious academic estate. The Institution seeks a leader to act as the front of house for all maintenance matters on a multi-estate comprising educational institutions, accommodation, and a luxury hotel - this post will be predominantly based in Henley.

The Role:
1. Lead Maintenance Operations on a multi-estate comprising educational facilities and a luxury hotel.
2. Stakeholder Engagement.
3. Ensure Compliance and Safety.
The Candidate:
1. Facilities or Maintenance Management experience.
2. Experience as a Man-Manager (Overseeing Trades / Maintenance staff).
3. In-depth knowledge of building management systems and maintenance protocols.

The role offers the potential for joining our on-call rotation, approximately one weekend in every five or six, with an additional annual allowance of £3,800.
