We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Aftermarket Operations business. The Aftermarket Operations business was separated out from the previous ‘Services’ organisation to bring enhanced focus to the operational aspects of the Civil Commercial Aviation aftermarket business. The Aftermarket Operations business includes: Trent Aftermarket Network (joint venture companies and extensive network of global partners); Engine Overhaul Services (wholly-owned facility in Derby); On Wing Services and Logistics (supporting our global fleet 24/7); Customer Aftermarket Operations (leading global service management and delivery to our airline customers); Business Development and Capability (driving expansion of capacity and capability); and Aftermarket Procurement. This new position (Finance Manager – Consolidation, Planning and Analysis) will play a crucial enabling role in bringing the various operational (including execution of shop visits through the network) and financial aspects of the Aftermarket Operations business together through planning and reporting activity. In addition, the role will lead on work to re-align Finance systems to the new organisational structure and provide a co-ordination role for control and governance across the Aftermarket Operations finance team.
