Executive Admin Assistant
Here at Manpower, we have an amazing opportunity for someone with strong admin and coordination experience to join our client's wonderful team!
This role will provide general administrative support and coordination to the Executive Office.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the department on financial queries related to purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipting.
* Diary Management for the Executive Office and Senior Leaders including day-to-day queries, meeting schedules, and availability enquiries.
* Administrative support for Executive Office, including filing and ad-hoc documentation, booking meeting venues, etc.
* Coordination of the production of departmental communications as directed.
* Processing and tracking of departmental purchase requisitions on behalf of the Executive Office.
* Communication with all areas of the business up to Director level.
Skills & Experience:
* Highly proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint, plus competence in the use of other Microsoft Office products.
* An ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Ability to deal with all levels of staff to Board Level.
* Ability to deal with outsourced service providers.
* A calm and considered manner, able to remain focused and calm under pressure.
This role is to start as soon as possible and is on a temporary contract until the end of September.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (Hybrid)
£13.37 per hour.
