ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end implementation projects for our customers to enable them to get the best use out of our Axiell ALM Product Portfolio. You will work closely with new and existing customers and provide an understanding of their business needs, configuring our software to meet their needs, and ensuring a smooth rollout and implementation of our products. Your main purpose is to increase overall customer satisfaction by providing qualitative service.
This role is ideal for a solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about technology, has a problem-solving personality, is structured, and is a genuine team player with great customer-facing and social skills!
Develop an excellent in-depth knowledge of the Axiell ALM Product Set; know the configuration requirements of all the products and the limitations of each product.
Provide consultancy to customers on data migration, including analysis, mappings, and specifications, and assist in customer data migrations from a variety of sources into Axiell products.
Deliver developments and configuration of web-related products.
Work closely with the Axiell Project Managers to plan, schedule, and execute the work assigned.
Always contribute to the building and maintenance of strong customer relationships and satisfaction by provision of clear and frequent communication, including throughout any project lifecycle.
SKILLS AND ESSENTIALS
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a demanding project delivery and/or data/collections management environment ideally within a software company.
2. You are comfortable working with technology and can gain a good understanding of software configurations.
3. Exposure to data migration work and associated technology.
4. Work to a project budget and deliver upon where possible.
5. Well-organised and able to meet deadlines.
6. Problem solver, with a structured, methodological approach.
7. Great team player, but also capable of independent working.
8. Must be fluent in the English language, both written and oral.
MERIT
Technical Skills:
Experience working with/studying the archive, museum, or library sector would be advantageous.
Familiar with Agile project management methods.
